Dianne Smith excels at writing copy and is available for freelance assignments, especially website copy. She also edits books for authors before they submit them to their publishers for publication.

She learned the writing craft at the Institute in Children's Literature and has been published by "God Allows U-Turns," "Christian Parenting Today" and several other magazines. She also manages and curates Running Fence-recycled, an artist collective which uses the rare, historic Running Fence panels from Christo and Jeanne-Claude's environmental art installation in Sonoma and Marin Counties,California in 1976 to make fine textile artworks. Her artists' works have been exhibited in the cities of San Francisco, Stinson Beach, Healdsburg, Santa Cruz, Tiburon-Belvedere, Carmel Valley and Sausalito, California. Magazines profiling her art include Fiberarts, West Coast Gallery Guide, Design For Living, The Ark, Sonoma Woman, West Marin Citizen, Point Reyes Light, Tri-City Voice and Marin Independent Journal.

She is a woman of varied interests, including fine art, food, investing, real estate, Christian education, counseling, gardening, writing, and travel, especially on the back of her husband's motorcycle. Raised in Michigan, she eventually moved to sunny California with her husband. Later they looked further west and bought a condo in Makaha, Hawaii to better watch the sunsets.
